OUERIAGLI Amane obtained his PhD titled study of the electrical properties of photovoltaic cells based on chlorophyll a at the University of Quebec at Trois - Rivières, Quebec, Canada and a doctorate 3rd cycle graduate entitled Contribution to the study of the dielectric relaxation in time and frequency areas at the University of Bordeaux I, France and his bachelor degree in physics from the University Mohammed V Rabat Morocco. He is a professor at  theSemlalia Faculty of Science Cadi Ayyad university Marrakech  since 1983 and is a head and member of the nanomaterials laboratory for energy and environment . His field of interest is the organic, bio-organic and inorganic materials applied in bio-composites and optoelectronic areas. He is co-author of some forty articles and a hundred papers in national and international conferences. He has participated in several scientific events  ( conferences, workshops and meetings) as chairman or member as an organizer. It was also the source of several cooperation projects national and international. Founding member of the Moroccan society of Applied Physics FSSM Marrakech and an active member of the UNESCO Chair in teaching of physics by doing in Cadi Ayyad University.
